WP Incentive and WordPress 3.0 Compatability Issues

While testing my new WP Incentive plugin, I discovered a problem with the outgoing download instructions not being delivered.

I submitted a help ticket through WP Incentive’s Help Desk, and got an immediate reply from one of the Developers. Apparently, there is a compatibility issue with WordPress 3.x. The Developers are aware of it and are working to resolve the issues.

So, if you are planning to use WP incentive, please hold off upgrading from WordPress 2.9. If you have already upgraded to WP 3.0, you will have to wait it out until the issue is resolved.

On the upside, it was a pleasant experience connecting with WP Incentive Developers. Their support has been fantastic. Their communication excellent, and response time stellar. It was late at night when I submitted my help ticket, and I was not expecting to hear from them until the following day at the earliest. Instead, I received a response within 30 minutes. Since then, I have received three updates.

Although it would be great to have my plugin working, I am happy to have had an opportunity to test their support system. I know it is always a concern when purchasing such products, and now I can safely say their support is exceptional.

I will post an update once the issue is resolved and my plugin is working.
